Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Shanghai, Tingzheng Packaging is a leading enterprise in China specializing in the production of flexible packaging, labels, color boxes and food paper containers. At present, it has 5 major production bases and 7 manufacturing plants in Tianjin, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Nanjing and Jiangmen.
The R&D center of Tingzheng was established in 2013, aiming to become a comprehensive research laboratory with advanced equipment, efficient operation, and provide technical support and guarantee for quality improvement and new product development.

Its product portfolio covers a diverse range of packaging categories: flexible packaging including eight-side seal bags, stand-up pouches, spouted pouches, three-side seal bags, non-woven bags and high-speed roll films; labels including shrink sleeves, neck bands, self-adhesive labels and in-mold labels; color boxes including hardcover color boxes, PDQ display boxes, multi-pack paper sleeves and fan-shaped blanks for paper containers; paper containers including foamed cups, paper cups and paper pails. The company has also launched a series of green and eco-friendly packaging products such as those made of gravure water-based ink, paper substrate, mono-material and PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) material.

Production Equipment
Tingzheng flexible packaging production equipment
It has successively introduced advanced high-speed gravure printing machines, automatic dry laminators, automatic solventless laminators, high-speed coating machines, automatic slitters, die-cutting machines, bag making machines and automatic curing systems from Japan, Italy and other countries, providing an important guarantee for improving production efficiency and product quality.
Tingzheng color box production equipment
It has introduced Japanese CTP publishing machines, German cutting machines, German printing machines, Taiwan calenders, die cutting machines, UV polishing machines, laminating machines, paper pasting machines, automatic box pasting machines, automatic gold stamping machines, automatic window pasting machines and other advanced equipment. Post-press processes cover: glazing, calendering, UV, laminating, paper pasting, window pasting, stamping, punching, box pasting, embossing, etc., to meet your all-round packaging service requirements.
R&D Laboratory
The laboratory is divided into sample division, precision instrument testing laboratory and physical property testing room, which can realize research and development functions from raw materials to final products, raw material development and testing and performance comparison testing, product material structure analysis, product food safety testing and other research and development functions.
