This product is a rice-specific Stand Up packaging pouch (bottom-gusset doypack).

Uses PET/VMPET/PE three-layer composite film (PET/AL/PE available for high-barrier needs, PA/PE for extra puncture resistance), with a total thickness of 80–140 μm, up to 170 μm for 5 kg packs. The outer PET layer offers excellent printability and stiffness for shelf display; the middle VMPET layer provides a strong moisture and oxygen barrier that protects rice from dampness, mildew and oxidation; the inner PE layer is food-contact-safe and ensures high heat-seal strength and reliable sealing. The bottom gusset allows the pouch to stand upright on shelves, and the top can be fitted with a resealable zipper, tear notch or die-cut handle; bag size (width × height × gusset) is customizable.

Three major performance features work synergistically: the self-standing bottom-gusset structure maximizes shelf presentation, the metallized barrier layer effectively blocks moisture and oxygen to extend the rice shelf life, and the optional resealable zipper keeps rice fresh after repeated opening - reducing breakage and quality losses during warehousing, logistics, and shelf life.

Suitable for retail packaging and distribution of 1 kg–5 kg rice, mixed grains, cereals, beans, and other granular foods, especially for supermarket shelves and premium rice brands requiring upright display and repeated resealing.
