This product is an easy-peel lidding film for Lianggao (cold cake), using a PA/easy-peel CPP 2-layer composite structure, designed for foods needing high-temperature sterilization and easy opening such as Lianggao.
Product Features
The PA layer provides puncture and impact resistance; the easy-peel CPP layer is a retort-grade heat-seal material tolerating 121°C, 40-minute high-temperature retort sterilization, while having precise easy-peel release force, balancing firm sealing and smooth opening.
The product is plasticizer-free, low solvent residue, odorless, safe and hygienic.
Functional Characteristics
The sterilization process keeps the seal intact, ensuring content hygiene and safety; when opening, a light peel opens it, cleanly without fuzz, avoiding content splashing from hard pulling, solving the traditional package contradiction of 'seals tight but won't open, opens easy but won't seal tight'.
